Deadlines and installments
If you are a prospective student, consult the following sections for more information on university tuition fees, the composition of installments, and the relevant deadlines.
University Fees
University tuition fees consist of two parts:
- Regional Tax for the Right to study (plus the €16,00 stamp duty);
- All-inclusive fee.
Both these 2 part are calculated based on:
- the financial situation of your family unit, through the ISEE for the study purposes (for students with a family unit residing in Italy) or the equivalent ISEE (for students with a family unit residing abroad);
- your citizenship (Flat Rate).
The university fee is divided into four installments and it is not possible to obtain additional installments.
If you ask for the fees' calculation based on your family unit's income, the following table shows how the fees are divided into the 4 installments.
| INSTALLMENT | COMPOSITION | DEADLINE |
| First | Regional tax tax + stamp duty | To be paid at the time of enrollment |
| Second | 40% of the "All-inclusive fee" due | December 10, 2026 |
| Third | 30% of the "All-inclusive fee" due | February 4, 2027 |
| Fourth | 30% of the "All-inclusive fee" due | April 15, 2027 |
If you ask for the fees' calculation based on the Flat rate, the following table shows how the fees are divided into the 4 installments.
| INSTALLMENT | COMPOSITION | DEADLINE |
| First | Regional tax tax + stamp duty | To be paid at the time of enrollment |
| Second | 33% of the rest of the amount | December 10, 2026 |
| Third | 33% of the rest of the amount | February 4, 2027 |
| Fourth | 33% of the rest of the amount | April 15, 2027 |
ATTENTION:
- If you enroll after the deadline of the second installment, you will have 15 days from the enrollment (the receipt of the Welcome email) for the payment of the already expired installments. You will still be charged the late payment penalty on the first installment.
- If you are conditionally enrolled in a Master's degree program, you still have to pay the installments within the deadlines described above.
If you make payments after the deadline, a late payment penalty will be due:
- equal to € 57,00 if the payment is made within 15 days following the deadline;
- equal to € 82,00 if the payment is made after 15 days following the deadline.
The late payment penalty is due only if the amount paid late is higher than € 57,00.
For late payment of an already extended deadline (e.g. in case of late enrollment), the full late payment penalty (€82,00) is still applied.
