The retrieval of funding for research projects has become an essential and crucial challenge for researchers in recent years in order to maintain a high level of quality and competitiveness in their scientific activities. Researchers at the University of Pavia can rely on the support of the Research and Third Mission Service in all project phases, from ideation to proposal presentation, communication, and reporting.

Research funding opportunities range from internal university initiatives to international calls. The Research and Third Mission Service also utilizes social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook to inform, communicate, and listen to its community of researchers, and manages READINg, a bi-monthly newsletter on Calls and Funding opportunities.
