Guidelines
The university email credentials are different from those used for accessing University Services (University Credentials). Before requesting a password recovery for University Services, please ensure that you can access your university email account, where the new password will be sent.
To reset or change the password associated with your University Credentials, please visit password.unipv.it.
You need to send an email to password@universitadipavia.it, filling in the following text and replacing the parts in uppercase:
I,
FIRST NAME
LAST NAME
Responsible for the university code EMAIL
request the link for password change
PHONE NUMBER
PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS
A temporary link valid for 48 hours will be sent to the requester's personal email address as registered in the university's systems. If the personal email is not listed in the university's systems, the address provided by the requester will be used instead.
The email account holder must request recovery through the “SOS - Online Support for Services” portal, in the ASI section: General Services > Mail and Lists, selecting the appropriate subsection.
If SOS is not accessible, you can send an email to gestionesistemi@unipv.it, stating the need to recover the password, providing your personal details, and attaching a copy of an identification document.
