Deadlines and installments

The tuition fee is divided into four installments and it is not possible to obtain additional installments.

TUITION FEE ADJUSTED TO THE FAMILY’S ECONOMIC SITUATION

FLAT RATE 

• First installment: a fixed fee (regional tax tax + stamp duty), to be paid at the time of enrollment
• Second installment: 33% of the rest of the amount, to be paid by December 11, 2025;
• Third installment: 33% of the rest of the amount, to be paid by February 5, 2026;
• Fourth installment: 33% of the rest of the amount, to be paid by April 16, 2026.

ATTENTION:

• If you enroll after the deadline of the second installment, you will have 15 days from the enrollment (the receipt of the Welcome email) for the payment of the already expired installments. You will still be charged the late payment penalty on the first installment.
• If you are conditionally enrolled in a Master's degree program, you still have to pay the installments within the deadlines described above.

If you make payments after the deadline, a late payment penalty will be due:

• equal to € 57,00 if the payment is made within 15 days following the deadline;
• equal to € 82,00 if the payment is made after 15 days following the deadline.

The late payment penalty is due only if the amount paid late is higher than € 57,00.

For late payment of an already extended deadline (e.g. in case of late enrollment), the full late payment penalty (€82,00) is still applied.

ATTENTION: if you lose your conditional enrollment in a Master's degree program and need to renew your enrollment for the academic year 2025/26 in the Bachelor's degree program, you will be exempted from the late payment penalty for the already expired  installments if the payment for the due installments is made by the deadline of the fourth installment.
