Our Mission
ATTRACTIVITY PROGRAMME
The “Attractivity Programme” aims at attracting highly talented human capital by offering non-tenure track or fixed term positions, and “start-up” packages, composed of funding which is partly infrastructural in nature, and partly covering the financial cost of personnel working on the projects.
Beneficiaries of the initiative are scholars:
- who have received grants in specific high-qualification research programmes funded by the EU or by the Ministry of University and Research (MUR);
- of a great reputation (studiosi di chiara fama) having a similar position in foreign universities for at least three years; or having received international scientific awards; or having held management positions in qualified international research institutions for at least three years;
- who have been regularly engaged abroad in university research or teaching for at least three years, and who hold an equivalent academic position in foreign universities or research institutions;
- of the highest academic reputation gin disciplinary areas characterized by research with high national specificity.
