Erasmus Traineeship 2026/27 ranking lists

The ranking lists for the Erasmus Traineeship 2026/27 Call are now available for the different Erasmus Areas.

Selected candidates must accept their assigned mobility period from 4:00 p.m. (CEST) on Monday, 6 July, until 1:00 p.m. (CEST) on Friday, 10 July 2026.

Acceptance must be completed through the Mobility-Online platform, following the instructions available here. On Monday, 6 July, all selected candidates will receive a notification email from noreply@unipv.it with the subject "Acceptance of Erasmus Traineeship period for a.y. 2026/27". Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email.

Candidates who do not accept their assigned mobility period by the deadline will be considered to have definitively withdrawn from the programme.

Please note that traineeships may start from 1 August 2026 onwards.

How to accept the Erasmus Traineeship mobility period

IMPORTANT: The mobility periods indicated in the ranking lists are provisional. The final duration of each mobility period will be verified at a later stage by the International Mobility Unit, taking into account any previous Erasmus mobility periods completed within the same study cycle.

Please also note that, regardless of the actual duration of the traineeship, grants will initially be awarded for a maximum of four months.

🔎 To-Do List Before Departure

Before the mobility

Check the necessary steps before departure. Submit the required documentation within the specified timeframes and make sure you have followed the instructions on this section.

Check the requirements for starting your mobility.

Download and complete the Learning Agreement.

Sign the mobility agreement.

Reminder: If you are in Italy with a residence permit, make sure it remains valid for the entire duration of your stay abroad. If the permit is about to expire, contact the International Office HelpDesk at the Pavia Police Headquarters immediately to start the renewal process.

After the selection process, you will need to accept or decline the assignment in the manner and within the timeframe that will be communicated to you.

Acceptance is done through Mobility Online and requires a confirmation notification of the decision made. If you do not receive the confirmation email or are unable to accept due to technical issues, immediately inform the U.O.C. International Mobility Office at outgoing.mobility@unipv.it.

Once you know your assignment, check the entry requirements for the host country. Rely on the Embassies and gather information on the necessary insurance.

The University of Pavia does NOT provide health insurance.

Fill out the Learning Agreement by entering the necessary details and specifying the activities you will carry out. Agree on the program with the supervisor at the host institution.

Please note: 

Send the Learning Agreement to your International Mobility Delegate, who will approve the proposed program and add the credits.

Credits are mandatory for all mobilities that take place before graduation (except for students enrolled in doctoral, master’s, and specialization courses).

The Learning Agreement must be approved by:

  • The student
  • The supervisor at the host institution
  • The International Mobility Delegate

About one month before departure, the Learning Agreement must be sent to the International Relations Office.

➡️Do you have a foreign account?

If you have a foreign bank account, contact the International Mobility Office and submit the Payment Form for foreign account holders. Please note you must be the account holder or co-holder of the bank account

Self Certification

Fill out the form by providing the emergency contact.

If you carry out the internship after graduation, make sure to pay for the supplementary accident insurance policy (€2,30 for monthly/quarterly/semiannaul payments; €2,50 for annual payments).
Once payment has been made, please send the payment receipt and the "Modulo adesione polizza infortuni" filled out in full to assicurazioni@unipv.it.

Insurance Policies Extension

Register on the EU Academy platform of the European Commission and take the placement test for the target language.
Don't worry, it’s free, and the test result will not prevent you from participating in the Erasmus+ program.

The OLS test is recommended step for all participants in mobility programs.

You will receive the agreement to sign after you have completed and submitted the necessary documentation.

The agreements are prepared in chronological order of departure.

 

During the mobility

Officially register your arrival at the host organization. 

🔎To-Do List During the Mobility

Shortly after your arrival, send the arrival certificate, signed and preferably stamped by the host university or company.

If you need more time, request an extension. It must be approved by your supervisor and the University of Pavia.

  • Extensions are not subject to payment.
  • Extensions cannot exceed the 360 days of mobility allowed.
  • It is not possible to request an extension that goes beyond the mobility end date specified in the Call.

If you need to modify your activities or your supervisor has changed.

The During the Mobility form must be signed by you, your host supervisor and your International Mobility Coordinator.

A copy must be forwarded to the International Mobility Office.

Upon return

To close your mobility period, follow the mandatory steps listed. Be sure to meet the deadlines indicated in the Call and submit the documents in time to allow for timely recognition.

If you depart before graduation, you must submit the documents at least 45 days before the graduation session.

Until further notice, DO NOT upload the documents to Mobility Online. Send the end-of-period documents to the International Mobility Office.

🔎To-Do List After the Mobility

Submit the Traineeship Certificate, completed and signed by the supervisor at the host university or company.

The Traineeship Certificate must include the evaluation of your performance and the skills acquired. The document’s signature date cannot be earlier than the actual end date of the internship.

Fill out and sign a brief final report on your experience abroad.

Upon Return Documents

At the end of your mobility period, retake the placement test on Eu Academy to check if your language proficiency has improved.

After submitting the end-of-period documents, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and complete the EU Survey.
