The achievement of a I or II level Vocational Program is subject to passing a final examination. In order to be admitted to this test, it is necessary to complete the Title Achievement procedure at least 15 days before the date scheduled exam date.

Those enrolled as:

  • students of Advanced Courses
  • Uditors

DO NOT need to complete this procedure.

In order to be admitted to the final examination for the achievement of the degree, students enrolled in Vocational Programs must (in accordance with the deadlines set by the relevant Organizational Secretary):

1) complete the online application by connecting to the Student Portal and accessing the TITLE ACHIEVEMENT function (TUTORIAL available at the bottom of this chapter).
The procedure involves mandatory completion of a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the attended course.

2) After entering the data, the student must print the APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO THE FINAL EXAMINATION and proceed to the payment of € 116 relating to the ‘Fee for the final examination and parchment printing’ and the virtual ‘stamp duty’ (which must not therefore be applied to the form), following the PagoPA procedure.

3) By the deadline set by the relevant Organizational Secretary, the student must send the following documentation:

  • application for admission to the final examination, duly signed
  • receipt certifying the payment
  • If required, the final and definitive version of the thesis/final paper in the format and according to the instructions provided by the relevant Organizational Secretary.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • to know the dates of the final examination and the deadlines for submitting the online application, contact the Organizational Secretary of the Vocational Program you are enrolled in
  • to submit the application online, it is necessary to be up to date with the payment of university fees
  • Vocational Programs' graduates are exempt from filling out the AlmaLaurea questionnaire as they are not graduating students.

For any problems encountered during the online application process, please contact master.ateneo@unipv.it.

TOOLS

SELF-DECLARATION
In Italy, since 1 January 2012, self-certifications have been the only official document to be submitted to Public Administrations and private managers of public services (universities, municipalities, hospitals). In fact, Public Administrations and public service managers cannot request or accept acts or certificates already in the possession of another public administration.

The most common self-declarations are already available to University of Pavia students by accessing the Student Portal, following the path ADMISSIONS > SELF-DECLARATION.

CERTIFICATES
In Italy, since 1 January 2012, certificates can only be presented to private individuals or Public Administrations located abroad and must be issued with a stamp duty of € 16 (Presidential Decree 642/1972).

To request a certificate, please write to master.ateneo@unipv.it, specifying:

  • type (degree award, calendar year fees, etc.)
  • format (electronic - digitally signed - or paper)
  • method of collection for paper format (shipping or pick-up at the desk).
NOTICE OF PARCHMENTS

The printing of the degree award parchments for the academic years after 2019/2020 is being delayed due to the slowdown in the service procurement procedures. We will provide a timely update as soon as the scrolls are available.

However, we would like to remind you that in the meantime you can always download the self-certification of degree attainment from the Student Portal or submit a formal request for the issue of a certificate by writing to the master.ateneo@unipv.it.

Please note that the Vocational Programs's degree parchments from the academic year 2001/2002 to the academic year 2019/2020 are available, excluding those for second-year students of the two-year Vocational Programs for the academic year 2019/2021.

PLEASE NOTE:
