Part-time collaborations
Part-time collaborations offer students the opportunity to collaborate with the University and engage in activities aimed at improving services for students. These activities can be summarized and classified into the following types:
A. Student information and orientation activities;
A1. Support activities for student enrollment;
B. Assistance activities for students in international mobility;
C. Assistance activities for students with disabilities;
D. Support activities for the organization and implementation of cultural, scientific, sports events, and communication support area;
E. Support, documentation, and assistance activities in university libraries, museums, archives, educational, scientific facilities, student services, and other spaces open to students;
F. Collaboration and assistance activities for the operation and maintenance of computer facilities, as well as data cataloging, storage, or recording.
Collaborations involve a workload ranging from 50 to 150 hours per year, with a flat rate compensation of € 7.75 net per hour, exempt from taxes, for each hour worked. The activities carried out are certified by the University. Mandatory attendance of 2 training courses on Health and Safety in the workplace and Personal Data Handling is required, for which students will be notified via email.
What are the requirements?
The requirements to participate in the selection process are:
- Being a regularly enrolled student for the academic year of the Call, in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Single-cycle Master's degree program at the University of Pavia, excluding first-year students in Bachelor's and Master's degree programs;
- Having a minimum number of ECTS credits based on the year of enrollment, summarized in the table on page 6 of the downloadable call document.
