After graduation
The University of Pavia provides students, graduates, and alumni with online tools and materials to search for internship and job opportunities in Italy and abroad, orient themselves, and improve their knowledge of the job market.
The Career Service, on the Orienta portal, in the section "Lavora" (available only in Italian) publishes:
- A constantly updated section with announcements, scholarships, recruiting events, virtual job fairs, webinars, workshops, and other initiatives promoting job supply/demand organized independently by companies and promoted by the University of Pavia Career Service.
- Useful links for independent job search;
- Platforms for job supply/demand, bulletin boards for internship and job announcements both for Italy (Almalaurea) and abroad (Jobteaser) where you can apply directly online, update your profile making it visible to companies, and send spontaneous applications all year round;
- Information to activate an extra-curricular internship;
- Tips for drafting an effective CV in italian.
Every year, in May, the Career Service organizes the University Career Fair, the main event for job supply/demand meeting for all students and recent graduates of the University.
The International Mobility Office supports students and new graduates who want to find a traineeship opportunity abroad through the Erasmsu+ traineeship program.
