EU Prospective students

Depending on whether the Degree program of interest is a “Non-restricted access” (“Accesso libero”) or a “Restricted access” (“Accesso programmato”) program, candidates are requested to sit a different kind of entrance test.

NON-RESTRICTED ACCESS PROGRAMS

For Bachelor's/Master's single-cycle degree courses: candidates are requested to sit a non-selective assessment, which can consist in a TOLC test provided by CISIA, or in a test organized by the Department. In the event of test failure, it will be possible to enroll anyway but with educational debts (“O.F.A.”), a gap that can be filled with additional courses or exams during the first year of study.

For Master's degree courses: interview or evaluative test (if required by the Commission).

RESTRICTED ACCESS PROGRAMS

For Bachelor's/Master's single-cycle degree courses: selective test;

For Master's degree courses: selective admission test or, for some study programs, evaluation of qualifications. All information on access tests and enrollment procedures is indicated in the respective Call for applications.

Candidates are invited to read the instructions for each degree course by consulting the list available at this link (information for the academic year 2025/2026 will be available in the coming months).

Once you have passed the required tests (language test, culture test, and any admission tests), to enroll you will need to follow the indicated procedure.

Proceed with REGISTRATION on the Student Portal (Area Riservata). One of the first pieces of information required to complete the telematic REGISTRATION procedure (necessary for participating in competitions or various study courses) is the tax code (codice fiscale). The tax code is issued in Italy by the Agenzia delle entrate; however, it is possible to identify it using an online function.

Complete the ONLINE ENROLLMENT procedure by accessing the Student Portal with the assigned credentials USERNAME and PASSWORD, and clicking on the menu item SECRETARY>ENROLLMENT.

Select the chosen study course, fill in the section with your personal information and upload the following documents:

  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Copy of both sides of the personal identification document inserted during registration
  • Copy of the Italian Tax code; in the case of students with foreign citizenship who do not have the card at the time of enrollment, its presentation is allowed at a later time;
  • Copy of the visa/permit/residence permit card; in case students do not have it at the time of enrollment, its presentation is allowed at a later time (if applicable).

Once your on-line enrollment has been completed correctly, the system will generate a receipt of enrollment. After that, you will be able to proceed to the payment of the Enrollment Tax (156 euros) through the PagoPA system, both online and offline. Check here for payment instructions.

In order to finalize your enrollment, you must send scans of the following documents to the Admission Office (admission@unipv.it):
