The Master’s Degree Program in Law of Security, Innovation and Safety in Business and Public Administration aims to train legal professionals who are able to develop measures and strategies within companies and public administrations for the prevention and management of offences, critical issues and irregularities. Graduates are also expected to be aware of the legal implications of technological and digital innovation.
In particular, the program enables students to acquire advanced legal expertise in the field of prevention, including the administrative liability of entities, anti-corruption, business crisis prevention, tax compliance, antitrust compliance, business contracts and social security law. It also provides appropriate knowledge of the legal dimension of technological innovation, including artificial intelligence and public services, private law and the digital dimension, and industrial law.
In line with these educational objectives, graduates also acquire basic knowledge in business and economics, as well as in engineering and computer science. They also develop adequate proficiency in English, with specific legal terminology related to the topics covered by the study program.
The program provides a natural progression for graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree Programs in Legal Services Sciences and Legal Sciences for Prevention and Security, both offered by our Department. It is also open to graduates of law-related degree programs from other universities, belonging to degree classes L-14 or LMG-01, as well as to graduates from other degree classes who have gained significant experience in the legal field by earning at least 24 ECTS credits in the following academic disciplines: GIUR-01/A, GIUR-02/A, GIUR-03/A, GIUR-04/A, GIUR-05/A, GIUR-06/A, GIUR-08/A, GIUR-10/A and GIUR-14/A.
