Entrepreneurial initiatives founded by University staff, including professors, researchers, post-docs, PhD students, fellows, technical-administrative staff, and students, whose activities are based on innovative goods, products, or services derived from research conducted at the University or the valorization of acquired knowledge and skills, may become accredited spin-offs (in the case of faculty, technical-administrative staff, or contracted personnel) or start-ups (in the case of students) of the University of Pavia.
